Payment and Cancellation Policy for Full and Half Day Trips:
All reservations require a $50 non-refundable deposit. Unless other arrangements have been made with DDE, credit cards will be charged in full 24 hours prior to a scheduled trip. We are happy to accept other methods of payment such as cash or check with prior notification through our office, via telephone or email. Cancellations made after the 24 hr window, or no-show guests, will be charged in full, unless the cancellation is made by DDE due to weather, unsafe conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances, in which case DDE will provide a full refund.
All DDE Tours must meet the minimum number of guests for any given tour or the tour will be cancelled with full refund. DDE is happy to run any tour for under the minimum number of guests if payment equivalent to the minimum number of guests is received.
